• To manage your estate account and provide levy, maintenance, and meeting services.
• To communicate with you about estate matters, notices, and urgent updates.
• To process payments and generate financial statements.
• To maintain security and audit logs of important activities.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with authorised trustees, estate administrators, and service providers required to operate the platform, all under confidentiality obligations.

4. Data security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, password hashing, access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. Data Protection keys are stored securely in our database.

5. Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Contact your estate administrator or email privacy@propmanage.local.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for legal, operational, and audit purposes. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
